RUNNING CLUB WITH NICKY
Offering a 10 week running program.
That it’s good for everyone, even people who think they can’t enjoy this program.
I Nicky will be teaching you how to run properly with the proper breathing and technique of running and proper posture, without you all getting hurt. We will be doing exercises with walking and running with the 1 hour that we will be together.
In the 10 weeks, the goal is to do a 5km, anyone is welcome who has a goal of such.
I’m so excited to offer this to you all will have so much fun all together.
A Running Group
I am transforming a running group starting June 2, 2019 at 9:30 am with the Coach Nicky. Please come and join you will all learn on how to run up doing maybe a 5 km or even more.
