My name is Nicky. and I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. I was 200 pounds 12 years ago and by training and eating correctly I lost it all in the ways that I will be teaching you. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise and every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
I have been running for 8 years. I started by learning how to run and eventually became a Pilates teacher, weight loss coach, and TRX teacher.
Through the course of my journey to becoming an athlete, I qualified to do 5km to 42km in Boston and fulfilled my dream and lost 75 lbs. If you think you need to implement all these routines and lifestyle in your life I’m the person you need.
